Present day Teachers produce………………………….???????

but taught all the living skills of survival to the learners and environment was part of the learning.

Present day Teachers possess  many qualification and the highest education, but the learners are not taught the important things in life. Environment is not included in the learning at all.

5.Teachers in the past taught the learners, basic living skills and environmental studies related to the environment, such as gardening, growing, plants, water those plants and fertile the plants.

Present day teachers knows nothing about all those skills because thwy have not been exposed to those simple skills.

Effective communication in the Class room

To create a conducive and effective learning environment  teachers need to play  important roles to make the classroom livelier, when teachers fail to know the learners need, its very difficult for the teacher to make the students learn effectively.
According to Amidon and Hough (1967) feelings are seldom acknowledged verbally in the classroom.
The teachers should not ignore the significant emotional content of what pupils are saying. The teachers should promote interest in learning. Learners who are interested usually sit with heads slightly forward and turned  towards the teacher.

Teachers need to tell the learners why it is important for the learners to read. why they should always read, and what type of reading materials are suitable for them to read. teacher need to give those learners the  text and need to teach them or ask the learners to read the text prepared by the teacher. Teacher need to prepare or get a simple poem , simple dialogues, simple short passages to make the learners read.
